- 25kg + is charged at £6.75 per 25kg and takes 48 hours.

- In order to cancel your order, we will require a telephone call asap in case the order has been despatched. Orders are typically despatched at 3.30 each day
- Partial Orders can be sent out at the descretion of Springfields
- There is a cut off time of 2pm for all next day orders. All orders after this time will be despatched the next working day.
From placing your order we aim to have your parcel to you in 7 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday or National holidays). This may be sooner, if your parcel is lighter and sent by Royal Mail.
With the growing number of parcels we send out we have been able to secure a contract with Parcel Force for a standard and express delivery service, with full tracking facility and signature on delivery.
This service includes all of the UK and Northern Ireland, even the remote areas of Scotland.
Parcel Force will re-deliver 2 times and leave a card notifying you of this, but if still unsuccessful, the parcel can be collected from your nearest Parcel Force depot.
Because you may not be available to take delivery at your home, we provide the option of having the parcel delivered to a works or alternative address.
We have also made provision for special instructions such as "leave without signature", or "place in front porch" etc. If this is stated, we accept no responsibility or liability for missing or damaged items.
If you are having your item delivered to anywhere mentioned in the £14.99 delivery option, please be aware that should the postage work out cheaper you will be refunded the difference.
24hr & 48hr deliveries are subject to orders being placed on Monday – Friday and the item, colour and size (where applicable) being in stock.
Overseas orders can be taken. However, you will need to contact our mail order department on (01283) 530707 in order to arrange a price for shipping. Payment for this will only be accepted by way of bank transfer.
Deliveries are Monday to Friday. No deliveries available on Sundays. Saturday delivery is available, by calling our mail order team on 01283 530707 and requesting a quote.
Some items may, on occasion, be out of stock, if this is the case 24 & 48 hour delivery options will be refunded on request and items will be sent out as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery or cancel orders if full details are not given with any order.

The items must be sent together (no partial deliveries), the order must be delivered to a UK mainland address and the parcel will be sent via either 1st class royal mail recorded, 2nd class royal mail recorded or 48 hour courier. The whole of your order should not weight over 25kg, Springfields withholds the right to request an extra postal charge if the order is above 25kg.
