Preparation Suggestions

Hot Preparation

1. Tear open the pouch and fold out the base

2. Add 400 ml boiling water (to level G marked inside)

3. Stir well, reseal and let sit for 10 minutes

4. Stir again and eat straight from the pouch or pour into a bowl

Cold Preparation
Add cold water and allow 30 minutes for full rehydration if hot water isn’t available.
