- Shipping & Delivery
- All items are sent out within 2 business days* using one of our delivery methods, either 1st or 2nd Class Royal mail or Interlink, all services are recorded. If items become lost in the mail, we allow 14 days for the items to arrive at their destination before issuing a refund or replacement products. *Amount of time is dependant on items being in stock.
- Privacy & Security
- Springfields do not share any customer details with any third parties. We hold customer details on a secure server and do not hold any payment details, all payments are handled off site with one of our payment providers.
- Returns & Replacements
- If an item is unwanted, then it can be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving your delivery. If an incorrect or damaged item is sent, please call us first (01283 530707) so we can advise you on how best to return the items.
