Outdoor Learning With Paper Planes
- Take your paper planes to an open outdoor space, such as a school field or a clearing in the woods, and conduct test flights. Observe how different designs and adjustments affect flight performance. Encourage participants to make observations and hypotheses about flight characteristics based on their designs.
- Groupwork: Make a design per group and use the launcher to ensure fairness between launches, each group should then try to improve their designs.
- Remember to leave no trace.
