The Opinel Intempora N°220 Carving Knife is designed for precision and control when carving roasts, poultry, or large cuts of meat. Its 16 cm Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel blade delivers sharp, clean cuts with minimal effort, while the narrow, smooth profile ensures excellent slicing accuracy. The full tang construction provides strength and perfect balance, and the blade’s 57° Rockwell tempering gives outstanding resistance to wear and long-lasting sharpness.
