The Opinel Intempora N°227 Slicing Knife is designed for precision and control when making long, clean cuts. Its 20 cm Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel blade is thin and smooth, allowing you to slice large pieces of meat, ham, or fish evenly and without tearing. The blade’s narrow profile also makes it ideal for cutting large fruits such as pineapples.
Crafted with a full tang construction and tempered to 57° Rockwell, the knife provides excellent edge retention and balance.
