We believe in offering exceptional value, not just competitive pricing. That's why our price match assessments take into account the total package offered, including warranties, guarantees, customer support and after-sales service.
How to Request a Price Match
Simply contact our Customer Service Team before placing your order and provide a link to the competitor's product or offer.
Please visit our Contact Us page and include:
- A link to the competitor's product page or quotation.
- The product you wish to purchase from Springfields.
- Any relevant details regarding delivery charges or promotional offers.
Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Price Match Criteria
To qualify for a price match:
- The product must be identical in specification, size, colour, quantity and quality.
- The competitor must be a UK-based supplier.
- The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery.
- The competitor's price must be publicly available and verifiable.
- Any delivery charges, surcharges, handling fees or other applicable costs will be included when comparing prices.
- The comparison must be on a like-for-like basis, including any warranties, guarantees, after-sales support and product assurances offered.
- Where Springfields provides an extended warranty or guarantee as standard, this will be taken into account when assessing a price match request.
- All Springfields crossbows are supplied with a 2-year guarantee. Any price comparison must include an equivalent level of warranty cover and customer support.
- Price match requests must be submitted before an order is placed.
Exclusions
Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:
- Clearance, liquidation, closing-down or end-of-line sales.
- Marketplace sellers, auction sites or private sellers.
- Pricing errors or misprints.
- Trade club, membership-only or employee discount schemes.
- Bespoke quotations, project pricing or contract-specific pricing.
- Promotional discount codes, voucher codes, coupon offers or first-order discounts.
- Cashback offers, rebate schemes, loyalty rewards, reward points or any other deferred savings.
- Bundle deals, multi-buy promotions, free gift offers or limited-time promotional campaigns.
- Products that are out of stock or unavailable for immediate purchase.
- Products sold by businesses that do not offer an equivalent warranty, guarantee or level of after-sales support.
Our Decision
All price match requests are subject to verification by the Springfields team. We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the criteria above.
The final decision on all price match requests rests with Springfields.
