In order to cancel your order, we will require a telephone call to 01283 499768 asap in case the order has been despatched. Orders are typically despatched at 3.30 each day

Free Delivery (if offered) is for the UK mainland only.
There is a cut off time of 2:30pm for all next day orders. All orders after this time will be despatched the next working day.
During Christmas break special Christmas delivery rates and times will be used, superseding the above.
All orders containing a blade may be delayed if age verification needs to be performed.
