Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. As an example, a Next Day Delivery order placed between 2:30 pm on Friday and 2:30 pm on Monday would be dispatched on Monday.
2. Personalised orders may also cause a slight delay of up to 24 hours.
3. Delivery timescales commence from the point at which age verification has been completed, not from the time the order is placed.
4. Purchasing a "Next Working Day" or "Age Verified Next Working Day" service does not bypass the age verification process. Orders will only enter the delivery network once all verification checks have been successfully completed.
5. We may carry out additional verification checks before dispatch where required for compliance or security purposes.
6. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Orders qualifying for free delivery over £60 will be shipped using the standard delivery service applicable to the products purchased. Free delivery is available on eligible products only and excludes heavy, large, long, bulky, specialist delivery and age verified products unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Free delivery is available to UK Mainland addresses only and excludes remote areas, offshore locations, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other non mainland destinations. Please refer to the remote area postcode list here.
9. Heavy, large, long or bulky items may require specialist handling and may therefore take longer to deliver.
10. Delivery services available for a particular order will depend on the products purchased, delivery location and any legal restrictions applicable to the products ordered.
11. Some remote locations, offshore addresses, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may be subject to additional charges or longer delivery times.
