Standard Returns
At Springfields, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.
Most unused items can be returned within 60 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in a saleable condition
- Complete with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Free from damage, marks, or signs of use
- Suitable for resale
Items that have been assembled, modified, installed, or used may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist you with the process.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include your order number, name, contact details, and reason for return inside the parcel.
- Send the item to the returns address below using a tracked and insured delivery service.
- Keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds will be made using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
In many cases, we can resolve the issue quickly by providing replacement parts, technical assistance, or arranging a replacement item without the need for a return.
Please do not return faulty items without contacting us first.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, legal, or product-specific reasons, some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These may include:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable
- Items that have been assembled, modified, installed, or used

Archery Bow & Crossbow Returns
For safety, legal, and product integrity reasons, archery bows and crossbows may only be returned if they have not been assembled.
Once an archery bow or crossbow has been assembled, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
Returned bows and crossbows must:
- Have not been assembled
- Be unused
- Be complete with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Be in a condition suitable for resale
- Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
If returning a bow or crossbow, please include your order number, contact details, and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
Where possible, we recommend retaining the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase, as this will help ensure any return can be processed smoothly.
If you believe your bow or crossbow is faulty, please contact us before returning it. In many cases we may be able to diagnose the issue, provide technical support, supply replacement parts, or arrange an alternative solution without requiring the item to be returned.
Please do not return a faulty bow or crossbow without first contacting us, as we may be able to resolve the issue more quickly and efficiently.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned bows and crossbows are packaged appropriately for transport. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Springfields cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged Parcels and Missing Deliveries
Please note the following reporting timeframes:
- Damage to parcels should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Missing deliveries should be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, the cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Springfields cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
