60-Day No Quibble Returns
We are happy to accept any item back for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase provided it has not been opened or used and is in a saleable condition. Please note that this does not apply to special or bulk orders.
If you'd like to return any item(s), please ensure all parts of the item(s) are returned in the original packaging along with a breif reason for the return, your order number and contact details. Please note that seperate rules apply for Crossbows (please see below).
Please note we cannot be held liable for any returned items lost in transit, so please ensure your return is suitable insured.
By law, sleeping bags and undergarments that have been worn or used cannot be returned for credit. Be sure it's right before you use it! Please do not send any soiled clothing, equipment or footwear. We will not process or accept your merchandise and it will be returned to you.
Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option. If the item is covered by a manufacturers warranty, we will forward it to the manufacturer for their repair or replacement.
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING AS WE TRY TO RECTIFY ANY PROBLEM AS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AS POSSIBLE, AND THERE MAY BE NO NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM.
If you purchase a crossbow from us and it develops a fault it will need to be sent back to us for assesment. If we believe the fault has been caused by operator error we will send the crossbow on to the manufacturer for a final assesment, if they deem the fault has been caused by operator error then it can be repaired and returned at cost to the customer.
If the fault is from a manufacturing defect or something that is no fault of the customer then the crossbow will be replaced where possible in a timely manner.
If you purchase a crossbow and assemble it to find it is too large or powerful it cannot be returned for a refund or credit. Please check that the crossbow you are ordering is suitable before opening and assembling it, and if doubt please contact us before purchase.

Damaged Parcel or Evidence Of Theft
If your parcel from us was damaged or goes missing in transit, please retain the carton and contents intact. Call the delivery carrier for handling instructions and then immediately contact our Customer Service Department for further instructions.
