Description / Beavercraft C1M - Small Whittling Knife
The BeaverCraft C1m Small Whittling Knife is designed for precision work in wood carving, from fine detailing to removing excess material. Handcrafted from 1066 high-carbon steel and hardened to 57–59 HRC, the blade is tempered and sharpened to a 20° bevel angle for smooth, controlled cuts in soft wood. While it can be used on hardwoods, the fine edge is best suited to softer materials to maintain sharpness.
The 60 mm blade allows for both subtle curves and larger shaping cuts, making it a versatile tool for a range of carving techniques. The ashwood handle is polished and coated with natural linseed oil for comfort, and its ergonomic shape is suitable for both right- and left-handed use. This is a dependable knife for carvers of all skill levels, offering precision and ease of control.
