Featuring a medium-sized handle made from curly birch, leather, and staghorn, each piece is individually shaped by hand for a comfortable grip suited to small and medium hands. The 87 mm blade is forged from Helle’s triple laminated stainless steel, offering strength, edge retention, and sharpness for a wide range of cutting tasks.
