Smith's Adjustable 2-Step Knife Sharpener

The Smith’s Adjustable 2 Step Knife Sharpener is designed to provide controlled and consistent edge maintenance across a range of knives. It features an adjustable angle system with three preset options at fifteen, twenty and twenty five degrees, allowing the sharpening angle to be matched to different blade styles. This makes it suitable for restoring dull edges as well as maintaining knives that are already in good condition.

The sharpener uses a two stage process. Adjustable crossed carbide blades are used first to reset and restore very dull edges, followed by crossed ceramic rods that refine and finish the edge for regular maintenance. The soft grip handle improves comfort and control during use, while non slip rubber feet help keep the sharpener stable on the work surface. A lanyard hole provides an additional storage or carry option.
