A knife with a double-edged stainless steel blade, for both pull and push carving.
This blade has a more open curve.
Perfect for making a clean cut surface or bowls with large radius.
We have optimized the blade to make it run smooth over the inside of the spoon or bowl.
Improved edge bevels complete the blade and give it the optimum carving experience.

The knife sheath in its natural colour is made of Swedish vegetable tanned leather and is sealed with a simple and classic press button lock.
The leather sheath protects the sharp edge of the hook knife and should always be mounted on the knife when not in use, partly to minimize the risk of injury to cuts, but primarily to maintain sharpness in the blade.
When contacting surfaces other than wood, the edge may become dull.
