Usage Tips

• Instructions: Cut the top off the sachet, add 130ml of boiling water and stir. Fold the sachet back over and leave to stand for 3 minutes before eating.
• Add foraged fruit, berries or dried fruit for an extra tip
• Alternative method of preparing: empty the sachet into a food container and add 130ml of boiling water then close the lid (be careful with the hot water). We quite often find that the lid seals are better than the folded bag and rations like oats absorb more water this way. 
• Sugar: Porridge can sometimes be a little bland, if you aren't adding fruit or berries to your porridge add a little sugar either with the boiled water or once it has cooled down if you prefer the crunch from the sugar.
