Yes, it's popular amoungst axe throwers and the throwing community, you can't throw your normal garden spade at a tree (well, not effectively) but you can with one of these bladed Cold Steel Shovels?
How do you sharpen a shovel?
Use a large flat stone along the edge, a pull through sharpener won't work very well on the shovels edge and a small stone will lead to an uneven edge.
What Does spetsnaz mean?
Spetnaz means special purpose in Russian.
