The Morakniv Amberg Full Flat (S) is a versatile outdoor knife designed to handle both camp kitchen duties and general outdoor tasks. Combining a full flat ground blade with durable Swedish stainless steel, it delivers clean cutting performance for food preparation while still offering the strength and control needed for carving and practical field use.
Its 108 mm blade is made from Swedish 14C28N stainless steel and has been hardened and cryogenically treated for improved durability and edge retention. The full flat grind with secondary bevel reduces cutting resistance, allowing smoother slicing through food and cleaner cuts during detailed work. The polished blade finish also makes the knife easier to clean after use, making it particularly well suited to outdoor cooking and camp preparation.
The handle has been designed for comfort and control across a range of grip styles. A flatter profile with a narrower front section improves precision during finer tasks, while the textured TPE outer layer maintains grip in wet, cold, or greasy conditions. Spine ridges provide additional thumb support for controlled cuts, and the symmetrical sheath is suitable for both left and right handed users.
