The Morakniv Amberg Full Flat Hunting (S) is a purpose built hunting knife designed for skinning, field dressing, and processing game with clean and controlled cuts. Combining a full flat ground blade with Swedish stainless steel construction, it offers excellent cutting performance alongside easy maintenance in demanding outdoor conditions.
The 108 mm blade is made from Swedish 14C28N stainless steel and has been hardened and cryogenically treated for improved edge retention and durability. Its full flat grind with secondary bevel reduces resistance during cutting, making it particularly effective for skinning and dressing tasks where precision and control are important. The polished blade surface is also easier to clean after use and resists moisture and blood well in the field.
The redesigned handle features a flatter profile with a narrower front section to improve grip control during detailed work. Textured TPE handle scales provide secure handling even in cold, wet, or messy conditions, while the spine ridges support controlled cutting techniques. The symmetrical sheath suits both left and right handed users and keeps the knife protected during transport.
