The Opinel Intempora N°226 Serrated Paring Knife is designed for precision cutting with minimal effort. Its 10 cm serrated blade made from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel glides easily through foods with firm skins and soft interiors, such as tomatoes, fruits, bread, and cold meats. The full tang construction and tempered 57° Rockwell hardness ensure durability, edge retention, and balance.
The ergonomic P.O.M. handle, reinforced with fibreglass, provides excellent grip and stability, while the V-grip design supports a natural pinch hold for precise control. Developed in collaboration with the Big-Game design studio, this knife combines performance and comfort, making it a reliable choice for both home and professional kitchens.
