The Prandi German-style felling axe is manufacured by Prandi in Italy. Designed for the axe lover, this axe combines heritage craftsmanship with modern materials to deliver a really solid felling axe, which can also be used for general chopping and splitting. The head is made from robust carbon steel. The polished and hardened C45/1045 carbon steel blade slices effortlessly through wood, making it ideal for felling tasks. Overall the head is an optimal weight at 1260 grams (2.8 pounds) striking the perfect balance between power and control, maximising efficiency with each swing.
