Silky Pocketboy 170-10 Folding Saw

The original Japanese folding saw, Pocketboy by Silky, has a blade length of 170mm and medium teeth (black). It was recognised as the test winner at Stiftung Warentest on 08/02/2013, being deemed the best pruner for pruning. The stainless, hard chrome-coated blade features special Mirai-Me teeth, providing optimal cutting performance. It comes with an ergonomic handle and a robust plastic box for storage.

The Pocketboy is a highly convenient saw suitable for various applications. It is available in two lengths (130mm and 170mm) and four colours: red (8 teeth per 30mm), black (10 teeth per 30mm), yellow (20 teeth per 30mm), and blue (26 teeth per 30mm).

This compact and lightweight folding saw has a 6-3/4-inch blade, taking up very little space in your pocket or backpack. It is affectionately referred to as the "Little Giant" due to its exceptional cutting capacity. The sleek saw features a rust-resistant, hard chrome-plated blade with a taper-ground design and an impulse-hardened non-set tooth pattern, enhancing cutting efficiency. It utilises Silky's proprietary MIRAI-ME (Smooth Cutting) Technology.

The blade effectively resists the effects of tree resin and can be easily cleaned. The non-slip rubberised handle ensures a secure and comfortable grip, even in challenging operating conditions.
